With my dual license as a German lawyer and avvocato (Italy), I comprehensively assist my clients in corporate acquisitions and sales, both nationally and internationally (M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital). My focus is on cross-border transactions between Germany and Italy. Due to my many years of experience in Italy, I have in-depth knowledge of the Italian market and therefore advise on both German and Italian commercial and corporate law.

I also specialize in commercial and distribution law, contract drafting and negotiation, and corporate restructuring, both nationally and internationally.
