I would like to introduce myself

My professional passion is real estate law and data protection law. Data protection law has only been on everyone's lips in Germany since the DSGVO came into force on 25.05.2018. Contrary to common belief, the DSGVO does not regulate the protection of data in particular, but rather serves to protect against data being blacklisted. Data protection law" thus often also plays a role in real estate law, for example when parts of a building are video-monitored.

Law studies at the University of Augsburg and legal clerkship in Munich.

During my studies, I was already interested in real estate law and in particular in public and private construction law. During my legal clerkship, which directly followed, I gained my first practical experience in real estate law at the Munich District Court (WEG department) as well as in real estate law boutique law firms in Munich. In addition, I discovered my interest in data protection law during my station at the City of Munich Department for Education and Sports

In the course of my work at SLB LAW, I have expanded my expertise not only in real estate law, but also in data protection law and commercial and corporate law. The focus of my work is on advising, drafting contracts and representing companies in court in the above-mentioned areas of law. I always support my clients with goal-oriented and practical advice.
