I have been advising domestic and foreign clients and companies for over 30 years, with a focus on commercial and corporate law as well as employment law. In particular, I am drawn to complex and multi-layered constellations that require full commitment and teamwork.
I would like to introduce myself
My StoryThanks to my many years of experience, I advise clients comprehensively on commercial law and corporate law (in particular private partnership law), on M&A transactions, on employment law (individual and collective employment law), on restructurings, on private construction law (joint venture agreements, plant construction and supply agreements) and on transport and freight shipping law (contract logistics).
The focus of my work in employment law is on providing comprehensive ongoing advice to internationally active companies, which I currently support in the development and introduction of modern, hybrid working models. Furthermore, I advise and represent co-determined companies in all matters relating to works constitution law, e.g. in the negotiation of works agreements, reconciliation of interests and social plan proceedings, conciliation board proceedings and the like. Dealing with labour law due diligence is part of my ongoing work in M&A transactions.
As a specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law, I advise owner-managed medium-sized companies as well as corporate groups on all aspects of corporate law, in particular on restructuring measures, the sale and acquisition of shareholdings, legal due diligence in M&A transactions.
I advise on distribution agreements, in particular commercial agency and authorised dealer agreements, and all issues related to their conclusion and execution, e.g. competition and cartel law, as well as compensation claims. Another main focus is the advice and negotiation of contracts in the field of contract logistics.
The main focus of our work in private construction law is the representation of domestic and foreign companies in major construction projects, such as bridge and hydraulic steel construction, plant construction and supply contracts. Assistance in contract and award negotiations, joint venture and ARGE contracts as well as all aspects of contract execution.
