In commercial law, I draft and negotiate commercial agency agreements, authorized dealer agreements and franchise agreements and examine the effectiveness of a termination and claims for a book statement or commercial agency compensation in the event of termination.
In the field of corporate law, I provide support in the formation and transformation of companies, in capital increases as well as in corporate transactions and mergers. I assist clients at critical shareholder meetings and in shareholder disputes.
In banking law, I advise on loan transactions and debt transactions, from structuring to origination and in cases of restructuring, debt restructuring and repayment. This includes loan security law. In leasing law, I draft and review contracts and enforce claims arising from leasing agreements.
In capital markets law, my long-standing focus is on litigation in complex liability cases, advisor liability, intermediary liability and prospectus liability, but also in special constellations, such as cases of fraud or breach of trust.
I also have many years of expertise in auction law. I draft and review consignment contracts and auction conditions and represent clients in disputes between auction house, consignor and buyer or co-bidder.
In the field of art law, I specialize in assisting with transactions and in warranty and liability law, especially in cases of art forgery. Another focus is on restitution law. I examine restitution claims and represent clients in negotiations or before the advisory commission. Furthermore, I advise on the Cultural Property Protection Act, on questions concerning the import and export of art and cultural property, on seizures or in investigative proceedings.
In classic car law, warranty plays a special role. Counterfeit classic cars are sold as originals, chassis numbers are altered, checkbooks are manipulated or odometers turned back. I accompany classic car transactions and represent and advise out of court and in court in the event of a dispute. This also applies to damage claims or disputes under insurance law.
