The Italian Desk is composed of experienced German and Italian lawyers who are at home in both legal systems, languages and cultures. Sandra Bendler-Pepy heads the Italian Desk. She worked for international business law firms in Milan for about 10 years and is also admitted as an Italian lawyer (Avvocato). She therefore also advises on Italian law and has an excellent network in Italy.
The perfect knowledge of the language and culture as well as the legal system of both countries enables the team to understand the needs of both entrepreneurs and corporations and to offer 360° legal advice in the field of business law.
