SLB LAW advises the Italian Neulabs Group on the acquisition of Pentra GmbH

SLB LAW has advised the Neulabs Group on the acquisition of all shares in Pentra GmbH. The group, headed by the Italian Neulabs S.r.l., is active in the field of developing next-generation technology powered consumer product platforms.

Pentra GmbH closed 2022 with a turnover of EUR 6.2m, more than 300,000 products sold worldwide and owns numerous brands in various sectors, from children’s toys to household disinfection products.

With the acquisition of the shares in Pentra GmbH, the Neulabs Group is making the planned entry into the German market as part of its corporate strategy and is thus specifically expanding the portfolio of its digital brands and D2C.
