SLB LAW accompanies the sale of vykon to the dataglobal Group
In April 2024, SLB LAW successfully accompanied the sale of vykon, a leading developer of software solutions for resource, personnel and social management, to dataglobal Group GmbH.
On the one side, the addition of vykon and its ‘vysoft’ software expands the dataglobal Group’s product portfolio with software solutions that customers can use to automate their workflows, accelerate internal information flows and relieve employees of bureaucracy – on the other side, vykon can now respond to the rapid growth of recent years and the resulting increase in requirements thanks to its complementary portfolio.
With vykon on board, the dataglobal Group is also aiming to strengthen its presence in the international market. The group of companies specialises in software solutions and services for the digital workplace in the DACH region and beyond.
