My StoryWith many years of experience, I provide you with comprehensive advice on succession arrangements and contract law, also with international aspects. Other core areas of my practice include credit protection law, regulatory issues, e.g. the German Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz), as well as corporate reorganisations and restructurings. I also advise companies and company founders on innovation and technology funding, financing and research and development.
