“The Best Lawyers in Germany 2025” – Handelsblatt and Best Lawyers list lawyers from SLB LAW

SLB LAW is delighted that three partners have been recognised: Dr Oliver Baumann, Ulrike Dörrie and Dr Louis Rönsberg are listed in the ranking “The Best Lawyers in Germany 2025” (“Deutschlands beste Anwälte”), which was published by Handelsblatt on 12.06.2025. Dr Baumann, Ulrike Dörrie and Dr Rönsberg are also named in the 17th edition of “The Best Lawyers in Germany 2026” published by the renowned US publisher “Best Lawyers“. 

Dr Louis Rönsberg has been listed for art law since 2017. Dr Oliver Baumann has been listed for restructuring and insolvency law since 2022. In 2024, Dr Oliver Baumann and Ulrike Dörrie were added in employment law, which reflects one of the two partners’ main areas of advice.

“Best Lawyers” is considered the oldest and most renowned lawyer rating service in the world. For over 30 years, the publishing house has been identifying the best lawyers in various areas of law and publishing them, in Germany in cooperation with the Handelsblatt. In terms of methodology, the lawyer ranking is based on a survey of other lawyers in the respective specialist area as to which of their colleagues they would recommend most if they could not take on a case themselves (peer-to-peer survey).
