We specialize in long-term, trust-based consulting for companies in a wide range of industries and have detailed knowledge of their processes and procedures. As part of our all-round service, we support companies in the development, structuring and contractual design of agile methods and practices, in particular in the design of contracts for work and services in the areas of construction, plant construction, IT and engineering. If a company wants to make the deployment and activities of its employees more flexible in order to meet the requirements of products or services on the one hand and the expectations of employees on the other, it is important to have the right strategy and the right legal structure for the mobility concepts. In addition to individual agreements, guidelines or framework agreements, this also includes company agreements, if necessary, in which responsibilities, roles and processes are to be defined, taking into account the multi-layered and complex legal framework of labor, tax and social security law.<\/p>\n

As a specialist in employment law, Ulrike D\u00f6rrie is frequently involved in the development and implementation of concepts for mobile and hybrid working, workation and “work from anywhere” within and outside the EU\/EEA and Switzerland, in particular for companies operating in the digital technologies sector that wish to recruit and retain qualified employees, including from third countries.
