The Italian Desk of SLB LAW, in cooperation with the Italian law firm SAT and under the leadership of Mr. Matteo Vernizzi , provided comprehensive legal advice to the Italian parent company and shareholder Fastpoint Srl on the purchase of the shares of the minority shareholder of Fastpoint GmbH.<\/p>\n

Fastpoint Srl is a leading distributor of plastic fasteners and electronic components for industrial applications. Thanks to their high degree of specialisation, they have achieved a leading position in the Italian market. The company offers a comprehensive range of fastening systems for every application requirement.<\/p>\n

SLB LAW advised the Italian company Fastpoint Srl in particular on the contract drafting and provided strategic support during the negotiations. The specific cross-border expertise of the firm’s Italian Desk was put to ideal use in this transaction and contributed significantly to its successful conclusion.<\/p>\n
