KG, a company of the Martin Bauer Group. The Italian company Silvateam was advised by Deloitte Legal Italy and on all matters relating to the German legal market by SLB LAW.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-container container mb-2\">\n\t\n\n<p>Wet-green GmbH, based in Reutlingen, specialises in the production of innovative, environmentally friendly solutions for tanning leather. The company is a pioneer of the patented wet-green\u00ae-technology for Olivenleder\u00ae. The world-leading company Silvateam S.p.A. brings more than 170 years of experience in the production of vegetable tanning agents and is a leader in leather innovation with its Ecotan\u00ae brand. The acquisition of wet-green GmbH is a strategic investment in sustainable innovation in the leather tanning industry. The combined use of Ecotan\u00ae and Olivenleder\u00ae makes it possible to establish strong ecological credibility and strengthen the market offering. At the same time, production capacity is optimised.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-container container mb-2\">\n\t\n\n<p>Background: The established Italian Desk of the commercial law firm SLB LAW is one of the largest teams in southern Germany specialising in German-Italian cross-border transactions.
