The group, headed by the Italian Neulabs S.r.l., is active in the field of developing next-generation technology powered consumer product platforms.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-container container mb-2\">\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-container container mb-2\">\n\t\n\n<p>Pentra GmbH closed 2022 with a turnover of EUR 6.2m, more than 300,000 products sold worldwide and owns numerous brands in various sectors, from children&#8217;s toys to household disinfection products.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-container container mb-2\">\n\t\n\n<p>With the acquisition of the shares in Pentra GmbH, the Neulabs Group is making the planned entry into the German market as part of its corporate strategy and is thus specifically expanding the portfolio of its digital brands and D2C.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-container container mb-2\">\n\t\n\n<p>In addition to the Italian law firm Lexia Avvocati, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.slb-law.de\/en\/focus\/italian-desk\/\"><strong>Italian Desk<\/strong><\/a> of SLB LAW advised the Italian Neulabs Group in the context of this cross-border transaction.
