Bavaria's Former Minister of Economic Affairs is joining SLB, Munich

Dr. Winfried Klöpper, senior partner of SLB and Martin Zeil, Bavaria' s former Minister of Economic Affairs, Infrastructure, Transport and Technology are pleased to announce that Martin Zeil will join SLB  as partner and lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) as of February 1, 2015.

Dr. Klöpper: "It is a great success for SLB Kloepper that we have won Mr. Martin Zeil with his long-time record in consulting companies and entrepreneurs and as a specialist in the fields of banking and company law as partner for our firm."

Martin Zeil: "I am looking forward to resuming my profession as lawyer after eight challenging years in politics and to contributing my
expertise of 24 years as business lawyer and my experience as a representative of the Free State of Bavaria to my new occupation."

SLB was founded in 2007 and presently consists of nine partners. The firm covers all fields of business, company, commercial and labor law and specialises in M & A, real estrate, competition, banking and capital market law. In the past years, SLB has inter alia overseen the German IPO of LION E-Mobility AG, a Swiss company in the sector of e-mobility and energy storage, and carried out comprehensive restructuring projects in the distribution network of an international utility vehicle manufacturer and succession arrangements for other bussinesses , the signing of a contract by a consortium with a German city regarding e-mobility in public transport and the transaction of a large share package in a SE ranging in the tens of millions.
